Remove subscription title field when adding filterlists by URL
Background
Currently, when adding a new filter list in the Settings page via a URL, a user is required to provide a title for the filter list. Once the filter list is added, the title provided by the user is overwritten by the title given by the filter list author.
This renders the whole point of adding a filter title useless. It also adds an additional step that the user is required to take, which does not add significant value.
What to change
Remove the title field altogether.
When a filter list title is not provided by the filter list author then show the filter list URL.
