Show more detailed filter hit information in UI

Background / User story

In the legacy Firefox version we were storing when a filter was last used ("lastHit") and how often a filter was used ("hitCount"). This information can be used to determine which filters are no longer needed. That is true not only for filter list authors through filter hit telemetry but also for individual users to assess their own custom filters.
