Should we sort the strings in the default translation files ?

During the release process we did notice that the CSV exporter is producing unreadable DIFF because the default strings are sorted, there is a relevant discussion in the codereview.

This ticket is created in order to find a solution for the issue. Either we start sorting the default strings or we implement exception in the CSV exporter script in order keep the default strings files unsorted.
