Reorganised Views to accommodate whitelist view Added Whitelist View Added Whitelist Logic (add & remove from whitelist in host app)

This isn't as well architected as I wanted, time constraints, Cocoa API differences/quirks played a part in that. Most of the rough logic will be replaced once ABPKit is ready for integration however.
