Issue 6633 - Migrate reused strings of new popup.json from adblockpluschrome

This is the first PR for -> https://gitlab.com/eyeo/adblockplus/abpui/adblockplusui/issues/154

As mentioned here, would be great to migrate the popup.json(Bubble UI) translations first, in order to be able to export CSV file with the complete translations for the Bubble UI.

I have added 2 Approvals required, in order to get one from the ABPUI team(as it's about migrating from webext) and another from the C&T team.
