Issue 6801 - Improved state for non http/s protocols

This change reflect the new state on non http/s pages, as described in https://gitlab.com/eyeo/adblockplus/adblockplusui/issues/135

Note: the two new sentences need to be translated too before shipping the new Bubble UI (cc @saroyanm).
