Issue 7106 - Added configuration options and extension details to issue reports

This MR for #152 (closed) contains the following changes:

  • Added build number and further window information
  • Added configuration info to issue report data
    • Added checkbox to issue reporter (hidden in Firefox and other browsers who don't support the necessary optional permissions)
    • Proxy API calls through separate frame due to Chromium bug
  • Updated mock
