Issue 6323 - Moved composer from adblockpluschrome

This MR for #203 (closed) contains the following changes:

  • Moved composer.html and composer.js to adblockplusui (incl. jQuery UI)
  • created skin/composer.css file from styles in composer.html
  • Replaced abp-32.png and abp-64.png with abp-logo.svg
  • Fixed: Made dialog title string translatable
  • Fixed various linting issues and other code inconsistencies

This change is only meant to bring the composer into adblockplusui. Please let me know if you want me to make any further changes (e.g. removing jQuery UI dependency) as part of this MR already.
