How to report technical issues beside the Issue Reporter

Background / User story

The $rewrite filter "scandal" ( / FUD ) made it clear there was no easy way to contact us in case something like a bug, regarding our own code/extension, and that should be confident enough in case our users might be exploited, might be handy.

We have various links to our options page, that having a new one (or specifying an email) might be already enough for technical "emergencies" like the one brought up via $rewrite.
