Custom filter table: Filters getting duplicated after editing

Reproduction & observed behaviour

1. Edit a filter
2. Do any kind of interaction within the custom filter list table, like for example: disabling a filter, selecting filter, adding a new filter, sorting
3. Observe that the filter that has been edited in step 1 is now duplicated

note: Duplicated filter(s) will disappear after the options page is reloaded.
