add default characters to the font generations process

Background

With https://gitlab.com/eyeo/adblockplus/abpui/adblockplusui/issues/115 we have created a font generation tool, but there might be some cases where we would like to have some default font generation characters. For example @.,!? that might not exist in the locales directory.

What to do

Determine the special characters we wish to have for all languages.
Add the characters into the font extraction process for each font.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
