Issue reporter is broken on ABP Dev Builds for Firefox

Environment

ABP v3.3.2.2160 Firefox v59.0.2

How to reproduce

1. Install ABP dev build for Firefox from here
2. Open any page, ex.: heise.de
3. Open Popup menu and click on "Report Issue"
4. Observe

Observed behavior

The Issue reporting page is stuck (Steps IO element missing, continue button keeps being disabled after selecting an item) and error below is thrown:

this.created is not a function   issue-reporter.js:688:5

Expected behavior

The issue reporter isn't stuck and no error is thrown
