Allow temporary pause of the extension

Background / User story

As an ABP user, who often comes across messages telling me to turn off my ad blocker to access the site, I want to be able pause ad blocking temporarily, so that I can access websites without any blockers or distraction.

"One feature I would like to see is a “Temporarily disable on this (website|page)” button (the effect of which would persist only during current session) - there are times I’m just visiting one particular page a single time, such as following a news article or following up on information, and the page absolutely won’t complete without allowing ads. This would enable me to just view that one visit without having to whitelist, then de-whitelist the page after the visit, which, quite frankly, is a royal pain in the keister."
