Filter source missing in issue reports
Background
In issue reports we used to show the source of the applied filters. It would show from which filter list the filter comes from and also if it's a custom filter (IIRC). Example: https://reports.adblockplus.org/ad96f83f-f952-40dc-b10a-0388634db337#tab=filters
What to change
Show the source of filters again in the "Source" column of the "Filters" tab in issue reports.
