Settings page: Remove Anti CV filter list from General tab
User story
Ad an ABP user, I expect that any anti-circumvention efforts are part of the product by default, I do not need to see it as an option on the settings page and find it confusing.
Background
When the anti-CV filter list was added to the ABP extension, it was important that users were not able to accidentally remove the filter list and never retrieve it again. With the current set up of the settings page, having the filter list only accessible from the advanced tab ran the risk that users could remove the filter list with no way of retrieving it again. Therefore, it was added to the general tab, allowing users to remove the filter list and re-enable it again easily.
Recent user testing has shown, however, that users found the option to turn on/off Anti CV in the General tab confusing - raising more questions than building trust.
What to do
Remove the Anti CV filter list from the General tab as per https://gitlab.com/eyeo/specs/spec/merge_requests/205. With additional filter lists getting recommended from the advanced tab (including the Anti-CV list https://gitlab.com/eyeo/adblockplus/abpui/adblockplusui/issues/196) through a drop down, it will allow users to access the filter list easily if ever they decide to remove the list.
