Bubble UI: Add heading "Number of items blocked"

Background

The current implementation of the Bubble UI states "X blocked on this page" or "X blocked in total", and does not explicitly specify what exactly is being blocked. Furthermore, the section in the bubble UI is not labeled to provide context but is implied by the section above, which isn't entirely clear.

What to do

Add the line Number of items blocked as a section header, and remove the word blocked from the ad counts, as seen in the image below and outlined in the specs: https://gitlab.com/eyeo/specs/spec/merge_requests/127

Additional Information

• Please note that most of the fields are marked as "Added", but they have existing translations, this is because those strings are migrated from adblockpluschrome repository.
• Part of the strings are removed from CSV as we have separate CSV sheet prepared for them
