Noissue - Downloaded translations from XTM

This MR contains the following changes (see commits):

  • Imported latest core translations from XTM. Note that some translations exceed the maximum character limitations that are defined in the spec.
  • Removed outdated community translations.
  • Removed outdated "updates_update_i1_image" core translations. This string was mistakenly uploaded to XTM, even though it was removed in #799 (closed).
  • Removed unnecessary upper-case characters from German translations.
  • Fixed linting errors.
