Issue #769 - Add donate button in settings page

This MR contains the following changes:

  • In the #rating popout widget, changed the element used to open an external page, from <button> to <a> (see discussion).
  • Added donate button.
  • Added hover/focus transition effect to such buttons.
  • Fix issue where the popout widget didn't appear in Chromium browser.

Update:

  • Changed tags from rating to support-us/supportUs (see comment).
