Filters with popup type no longer show up in ABP dev tools panel

Environment

• OS version: Windows 10
• Browser version: Chrome 101.0.4951.67 (Official Build) (64-bit) and also on Firefox 100.0.1
• Extension version: Adblock Plus 3.13
• Last working version: Adblock Plus 3.12

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://testpages.adblockplus.org/en/filters/popup
2. Add the suggested filter to ABP: ||testpages.adblockplus.org/testfiles/popup/link.html^$popup
3. Open the ABP dev tools panel and refresh the page
4. Click on "Trigger link based popup"

Observed behavior

Notice the popup gets blocked but it's not showing up in the panel as blocked.

Expected behavior

There should be a blocked popup request in ABP dev tools panel.

Further information

You also cannot see allowed popup requests there anymore.
