Draft: Fixes #403 - Create benchmark script that runs on docker and compares performance on a branch-to-be-merged and main branch

This is continuation of: !621 (closed)

New MR had to be created, because previous one was on fork and custom runners won't run on forked repos.

This MR does two things:

• run benchmark scripts on Docker container and compare them against thresholds/ set values
• on merge: fetches historical data from master pipeline & extends with new values for new master base (aggregate historical data)
