Add Finnish language Code to Recommended List

Background

Dandelion Sprouts nordic list is now covering Finnish websites.

What to change

Add language code to the subscriptions json file.

Hint for testers

• the Nordic list should aslo mention Finnish as its language. (Web extension UI)
