Project for the Master's course Computation Systems Architectures at the BUT FIT. The aim of this project is to speed up the calculation of the so-called Mandelbrot set. Its basic calculation is almost impossible to vectorize, but by cleverly rearranging the loops and adding by adding more parameters, a reasonable speed-up can be achieved. The profiling tool will be Intel Advisor.
