SSCP (Smart SCP) is a lightweight KSH utility that performs selective file transfers via scp. By comparing file sizes between source and destination before initiating a transfer, it avoids redundant operations, saving bandwidth and time. Unlike traditional synchronization tools, sscp provides granular, real-time feedback on every file processed.
