This project aims to provide developers with a lightweight and efficient tool for running file-based migrations in a PostgreSQL database.

The purpose of this project is to produce an application that will attempt to conform to the RFC7033 Webfinger specification, which allows clients to discover information about people or other entities identified by a URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).
