Created an Online Patients Healthcare System written in PHP. The System links the Patient's with Aadhar number (generating an unique patient ID). the Doctor would be able to see all the previous diagnosis records and assess the patient accordingly.

BAPH – "Browser-based Assistant for Patients Healthcare" supports caregivers in monitoring people in need of special care by providing audio or video stream.
