Tracking issue for 0.8.0

This is the list of things which needs to be done for the 0.8.0 release.

• Add AWSIoTPythonSDK to the Fedora Package Collection (review done, available for Fedora Rawhide)
• Add documentation for AWS IoT Pub Sub support.
• Fix #33 (closed)
• Fix #35 (closed). BLE char properties and char read plugin
• Fix #36 (closed) I2c bug
• Fix #37 (closed) mdns discover feature
• Update mDNS documentation with examples
• Bump the version in constants.py
• Include merge request !78 (merged) for TP Link Plugins
• Fix #39 (closed) MQTT pub sub not working without specifying client id
