Problem: I can attempt to create a server with root disk size smaller than the image size
Problem/Opportunity Statement
When I choose an image with size 20 GB (for example), there is no warning on the next view where I can choose a flavor with a root disk smaller than 20 GB. The instance launch will fail.
What would success / a fix look like?
I should never experience a failed server launch for a predictable and preventable reason like this.
Possible solution
Don't allow me to pick a flavor that is guaranteed to fail, unless I also choose a volume backed root disk which is (some X
GB) larger than the image size.
I should also not be able to choose a volume backed root disk smaller than (some X
GB) larger than the image size.
