Exosphere logo and text are misaligned in top navigation bar

Problem/Opportunity Statement

The logo is vertically offset below the word "Exosphere".

!452 (merged) introduced this: it made the Jetstream logo look centered but made the Exosphere logo look misaligned.

Related to #543 (closed) because fixing that issue would make a fix for this one simpler.

What would success / a fix look like?

The logo should be in-line with the text.
