- mild fixes to headings (i.e. where a page only had a second-level heading, now has a first-level heading at the top) to enable mkdocs to automatically generate nice page titles in the navigation pane
- fixed a few broken links, which mkdocs will otherwise warn us about
- added exosphere.app to the privacy policy and acceptable use policy, because we'll be using it
