Legion Reputation <1 After Completing Enora Quests

I was wondering why the Legion just gave me the cold shoulder, and figured it was just not implemented yet, but then I looked in the serverdata code, and saw that Lozerk only says "Please don't loiter around unless you have business with the Legion." when your reputation with them is negative or zero. So what I did was:

• Created a character
• Completed all Enora quests succesfully
• faction_standing("LEGION", true) < 1

Getting Enora clothes from the light armor shop should have called enora_reward, which would have set my Legion reputation to 10. Getting Q'Pid's stupid potions (from the Alchemist ofc) would have set it to 20, and cleaning up 10 fluffies would have set it to 30. I cannot access any areas that could possibly have lowered my reputation (i.e. the gate is barred, to access Henry's hideout), so somehow Enora's quests must not have given me any reputation at all. The only quests I have access to are the Merchant's Guild, and since I can't unlock any Legion quests, I can't get to the other continents to complete those quests.

Or uh, the other continents haven't been implemented yet and the Merchant's Guild really shouldn't have quests at all until they are. I don't think that's true, but I might be reading the code wrong.
