Note: Some SFX is already ready and available on GitHub. Also, feel free to make different sfx for monsters of same class; They were grouped here (eg. blubs and slimes) for sake of clarity.
Keep in mind the monster can have multiple attack/defend/spawn/die/etc sounds.
List (originally) sorted by monster level, and their implementation in monsters.xml was not tested.

Not all skills need SFX, some might be better silent. Others could use the same SFX, like Frost Diver versus Frost Nova (biggest difference is range)

From time begin, we have enough music. It would be lovely if we could make music playlists but AFAIK this is not possible so. Our current selection shall do.
...This being said, the maps still do not have any music attributed for them, so - GO MERRY

Some SFXs are not hooked to effects, monsters, skills, etc.
Thus must be reviewed later on.
