Old woman NPC located in the fields north of Hurnscald.

• Asks to refill a water bottle for her; then asks to buy her a knife from Peter in Hurnscald. (needs minor dialogue improvements)

She gives out the location of a treasure (ie: dig_treasure, not a random chest)
