Spinner/loader positioning, temporary blame/target classes
Right now when a remote element is being loaded, we simply display the 'loading' ID element, which in the basic style is a spinning hourglass sittings in the window corner. It's sometimes unobvious a remote action is taking place, not ideal.
I'm thinking it should be positioned relative to the nearby active element which initiated the request.
