Rotor Plugin - Problem with PNG files

Type: BUG Version: WIN64

the rotor plugin seems to have a problem with PNG-files.

used as background: the rotor and background seem to disapear or flashes black from time to time used as rotor: the rotor and background seem to disapear used as foreground: just the foreground is ignored

perhaps this is an issue with diffrent scaling some how?
