OBS prepackaged build conflict in Leap 15.6

When trying to install ethercat-kmp-rt on an OpenSUSE Leap 15.6 system via the OBS repository, the following error occurs:

Problem: 1: the to be installed ethercat-kmp-rt-1.6.2.g285cdf0_k6.4.0_150600.6-lp156.12.1.x86_64 requires 'ksym(rt:__SCK__tp_func_xdp_exception) = 67b736ee', but this requirement cannot be provided
not installable providers: kernel-rt-6.4.0-150600.6.12.x86_64[repo-oss_15.6]
 Solution 1: do not install kernel-rt-6.4.0-150600.10.17.1.x86_64
 Solution 2: do not install ethercat-kmp-rt-1.6.2.g285cdf0_k6.4.0_150600.6-lp156.12.1.x86_64
 Solution 3: break ethercat-kmp-rt-1.6.2.g285cdf0_k6.4.0_150600.6-lp156.12.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

This appears to be triggered by having the http://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/15.6/sle repository enabled; if I disable that (and downgrade the kernel accordingly) then it seems to work, but I thought it's best practice to include this for security updates -- and it's enabled by default.

Additionally, the bugzilla link on OBS wants to assign the bug to ab@igh-essen.com but just gives an error with this address (presumably, it doesn't match any bugzilla user?).
