PREOP to OP takes too long/fails randomly

Hi, I'm new to EtherCAT so bear with me. I have 4 Delta ASD-B3-E drives and Beckhoff EK1100 with some EL1018 inputs and EL2008 outputs connected to raspberry pi5. I can see all devices in PREOP mode, when I run ethercat slaves command:

however, after launching LinuxCNC 2.9.2, most of the times some drives don't get from PREOP to OP mode:

case with 1 drive

case with 2 drives

Most of the times one or two drives stay in PREOP mode with E flag. Sometimes it takes a minute or so and all drives get to OP mode.
