Feature Request: DLS_Gui - Adjustable time delay for sources

Feature Request for DLS_Gui

when using several sources, that can unfortunately not being synchronized, it would be cool if you could enter a delay when adding the source, to align the data manually.

this could be indicated at the icon of the source to mark the delay.
