Create MSR Source for DSL jobs

It would be nice to have a MSR Source of a DLSctl. You could add the source in your testmanager layout. You could see

• the different jobs,
• if the processes are running
• and if they are logging.

And you could have a parameter with which you could start a process/logging.

This would enable you to use the normal widgets.
