cpick input hex value as option

i wanted to try cpick for a use case: i have a color in hex format (for example: #44475a) and i was wondering what that color looked like. i thought it would allow me to enter somewhere the value and it would then display the corresponding color. but is it possible to use cpick this way at all ?

i entered the ui, i typed in "?" and cpick asked me to give it a color name, while all i had was "#44475a". would it be possible have a cpick option to pass hex value as argument and get coresponding color in ui ? that or the possibility in ui to search color by hex value instead of name ?
