optix tree for unity plugin
The README says the following:
"As a Unity plugin, in the Plugins folder of your Unity project create an Opal
subdirectory and drop the generated .dll in the Plugins folder and create an Opal
subdirectory. If the target platform is Linux, do the same but with the .so. In this case, the .so is in the SDK/lib
folder. In that folder you can also find a ptx
folder, that you have to copy in the Opal
plugin folder too. You have to copy the Common.h
also in the Opal
folder. Finally, put in the Opal
folder all the optix
tree (see below)."
i have a Plugins folder in my Assets of the unity project, with the following: files and directories:
- ptx/
- Common.h
- libopal_s.so
but i don't know what the "optix tree" is to add. is it the whole SDK folder? I know that the include directory is required to run it as a standalone, so i guess yes?
i also can't get it to run as standalone, it doesn't give me any executable. only directories.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm pretty stuck at the moment, I was going to use it for my thesis.
Many thanks! Joe
