In svn_parse, when connecting branch roots to their detected branch
point, reposurgeon does not sort out cases where the branch root should
inherit the file tree of its branch point, and case where it shouldn't.
This can result in tree pollution where files that shouldn't be here
still are. Exhibit the behavior by a new test.
