App BAD reputation

Hello I have been using the APP for a few days I have installed the free version of the Sophos Intercept Mobile antivirus / antimalware software on my mobile phone By activating the analysis of the APP reputation in this software, among all the installed apps it appears that ONLY Psono has a bad reputation. The reasons indicated are three: ACCESS TO THE CAMERA: This app is capable of taking photos or videos without the user's knowledge ACTIVE ON LOCKED DEVICE: This app can remain active when the device is locked. It may drain the battery of the device. LOW USE: This app has been downloaded few times from Google Play

Aside from the last point, I was amazed to note that only this app did not pass the checks of the reputation assessment software. Perhaps it is possible to improve some aspect of security? Thank you
