Improved Docker image

Improve the current Dockerfile to create a Docker image.

The following have to be implemented:

• Starts automatically a Jupyter notebook (or Jupyter lab) server
• Add possibility to edit the source code embedded in the Docker image
• Add a guide on how to create and to use the Docker image
