Add option to retrieve all source objects from 'load_star_map'

Add capability to retrieve all sources objects from model load_star_map regardless of whether they include a spectrum.

For sources lacking a defined spectrum, generate an extrapolated spectrum using the Vega reference spectrum and the source’s magnitude.
