install without sudo-privileges

On my work-laptop I do not have sudo-rights, however I would like to install optimizeVideo without asking my admins.

If I run ./install-uninstall.sh I get [sudo] password for $USER:.

Why does it need sudo-rights if all dependencies are installed?
