Support for new Azahar formats

Hello, yesterday the new version of Azahar (2123) was released, and it can now compress ROMs to a smaller size. The format is called Z3DS.

So now the new ROM formats that Azahar supports are: .zcci, .zcxi, .z3dsx, and .zcia.
