Consider upgrading to `image` 0.22.4

You might want to consider upgrading your dependency of image to 0.22.4. Besides the better support, 0.21 is only receiving safety relevant bug-fixes, there are a number of relevant features:

• Added in-place variants for flip and rotate operations.
• Bug and stability fixes for gif, tiff, png
