Invalid validation error is shown in the App Usage Configuration policy.

Description

The App Usage Configuration policy for billing date input placeholder is "should be 1-to-30 characters long". But the showing validation error is "maximum length is 100.".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login into the Application.
2. Click on the ‘Create' button and select policy.
3. Click on the Android button.
4. Navigate to App Usage Configuration > Network Usage Configuration > Billing Date
