Add a slider that will adjust the focus through its full range

When the camera is in Live-View provide a slider that adjusts the focus through its full range. This could provide the coarse focus adjustment and the " , . " buttons could be set to small steps to provide fine adjustment.
This is a feature of the ControlMyNikon app.

I'm not sure that libgphoto exposes the concept of a focus range. AFAICT, it just allows us to set focus deltas. So this might need an enhancement to libgphoto2 apis first. I agree that this would be a nice feature in entangle though.

Oh I was just searching if there was such a feature request, and there is. :-) So just a small comment to put my vote on it too.
A slider would feel indeed more natural than buttons mapping the ,.<> actions, though technically it could be the same thing, I think. Indeed I don't know if libgphoto2 exposes such an API, but even if it did not, this could be simulated with current steps logic, I guess, no?
The label of the slider could also display the focal length, since after all this is also the information written on a camera lens when you do manual focus (though with Entangle it would be much more accurate).
