NewEvent:

  • Remove title
  • Leave MyTasks

PageView:

  • Leave it as is

ModalView: (Organizer)

  • Remove like button
  • Remove Guests
  • Remove Summary
  • Leave only MyTasks

ModalView: (Guest)

  • Remove everything
  • Block off time
  • Leave AddTasks for self

I think with these remaining features, we can try to innovate on the AI aspect. For block off time, we can innovate on AI block off time. It could be blocking off time before the meeting, let say if we detect a lot of tasks or agenda, then we will auto block off time for the user to prepare. Or if we detect there are a lot of stakeholders for the meeting, we will block off 15 minutes for the organizer just to get ready for the meeting. Also, if there are criteria that we found, we can block off sometime after the meeting as well.

For myTasks, we can also AI suggest some tasks for the meeting for the organizer. Or we can auto suggest tasks for the user if they are a guest, if we see the agenda is super long and we will block off sometime for the user to review the agenda.
